Ibone brings a unique perspective to her work as project manager and architectural designer at Arcflux Studio, She understands the large-scale issues of urban contexts, the detail involved in construction phases, and the specifics of energy-efficient performance involved in building design. She has won several awards, including the AIA Henry Adams Medal of merit from UC Berkeley in 2009 and other international design competition prizes. Ibone is a licensed architect in Spain and a LEED Accredited Professional. Trained as an architect in several different countries in Europe and in the United States, she holds Master of Architecture degrees both from the University of California, Berkeley and the University of Geneva (Switzerland), and a professional degree in architecture from the University of the Basque Country (Spain).
